Panel Discussion on “Why should I pursue an AI PhD in Singapore?”

Join AI Singapore for 1.5 fun-filled hours as their panellists answer your burning questions on pursuing an AI PhD in Singapore!

This panel discussion will take place on Monday, 21 Dec 2020, from 10.00AM to 11.30AM (SGT). AI Singapore’s former and current PhD students will be there to offer you great advice, insights, and tips on questions like

“How should I choose my supervisors?”

“Is a PhD the optimal route to achieving my financial aspirations?”

“Will head hunters reach out to me if my paper is published in top AI conferences?”

You’ll also get to hear from special guest speaker Prof Chen Tsuhan, who is the Chief Scientist of AI Singapore, and a renowned expert in pattern recognition, computer vision, and machine learning.

The discussion will be moderated by Assoc. Prof. Bryan Low, from the Department of Computer Science right here in NUS! He also wears the hat of Deputy Director of AI Research and Technology at AI Singapore.
